Feature & Functions

Alumina ball (Al2O3) Alumina ball has the characteristics of high density, high hardness, low wear, good seismic stability, corrosion resistance, etc. The products are widely used in ceramics, cement, coatings, refractories, inorganic mineral powder and other industries.

The strength and hardness of zirconia ceramic ball (ZRO2) are almost unchanged at 600 ℃, and its density is 6.00g/cm3. It is used in high temperature, corrosion resistance, insulation, magnetic insulation, non lubrication and other occasions, and is an ideal material to replace steel balls in corrosive occasions. It is mainly used as valve ball, all ceramic bearing, measuring ball, fine grinding ball, etc.

Silicon nitride ceramic ball (SI3N4) is a precision ceramic ball sintered at high temperature in a non oxidizing atmosphere. It has high strength, high wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, long-term use in seawater, and good performance of electric and magnetic insulation. At 800 ℃, the strength and hardness are almost unchanged, the density is 3.20g/cm3, the centrifugal force is small when rotating, and it can achieve high-speed operation, becoming the material of ceramic bearings and hybrid ceramic ball bearings.
