According to the steel ball material, what are the types of steel balls?

Steel balls are also called steel balls, ball bearings and steel balls. They are mainly divided into carbon steel balls, stainless steel balls, bearing steel balls and other alloy balls according to their materials.
The main raw materials of carbon steel balls are Q195 and Q235, equivalent to American AISI1010, AISI1015 and German standard CK10; Carbon steel balls can be divided into Q195, Q235 low carbon steel balls, 1045 medium carbon steel balls and 1065, 1085 high carbon steel balls according to their materials.
The main raw materials of stainless steel balls are: 304, 316, 316L, 420 (3Cr13), 420C (4Cr13), 440 (9Cr18), 440C (9Cr18Mo). Stainless steel balls are divided into 201/304/304HC, 316/316L, 420/420C, 440/440C stainless steel balls according to their materials; Among them, 200 series and 300 series are austenitic stainless steels, which are nonmagnetic and micro magnetic, and cannot be fixed with magnets; 400 series belongs to martensitic stainless steel, which has micro magnetism and is easy to be attracted by magnets.
The main raw material of bearing steel ball is bearing steel, namely GCr15. The American standard is SAE52100, the Japanese standard is SUJ2, and the German standard is 100Cr6; Bearing steel balls are divided into GCr15, GCr9 and GCr15SiMn bearing steel balls according to their materials.
Other types of steel balls mainly include aluminum balls (2017, 7075), copper balls (H62), ceramic balls (ZrO2, Si3N4, AL2O), plastic balls, etc; According to the physical and mechanical properties of raw materials, different application environments and uses of steel balls made of different materials are determined.
